Life insurance from a subsidiary of the market leader
Eurasia Life Insurance Company: life insurance, savings and employee protection
Eurasia Life Insurance Company JSC (Eurasia Life) is a Kazakhstani insurer operating in the "life insurance" sector. The company was founded on 19 November 2018 and is wholly owned by Eurasia Insurance Company JSC, a long-standing leader of the domestic insurance market. Eurasia Life offers savings and risk programmes for individuals, pension annuities, borrower insurance and compulsory employee accident insurance for employers.
About the company
The company states its mission simply: to give clients peace of mind through reliable insurance and high-quality service. Timely and full insurance payments are named as its top priority. In its corporate culture, Eurasia Life relies on ESG principles — fair treatment of clients, employees and society, and care for the environment.
The company is part of the Eurasia financial group, which brings together property insurance, banking services and investments. This gives the client additional support: the parent Eurasia Insurance Company holds the highest ratings among insurers in the country, and the combined authorised capital of the group's two insurance companies, according to the company itself, is comparable to half of the capital of Kazakhstan's entire insurance sector.
Eurasia Life is a member of the Insurance Payments Guarantee Fund JSC and of the Council of Representatives of the Insurance Ombudsman (since 2019), the Association of Financiers of Kazakhstan (since 2020), and the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs.

Solutions for business
For employers, Eurasia Life offers compulsory insurance of employees against accidents in the performance of their work duties (OSNS). This type of insurance is required by law: it protects the employee and at the same time relieves the enterprise of the financial burden in the event of an occupational injury or occupational disease.
- OSNS — a compulsory policy for employers of any form of ownership;
- voluntary employee accident insurance — extended staff protection beyond the compulsory minimum;
- annuity insurance under OSNS — regular payments to an injured employee or their family when loss of working capacity requires long-term support.
Important: on the company's website you can check whether a policy is valid, pay a premium online, log in to your personal account and track the status of an insured event claim. Before submitting originals, documents can be sent for preliminary checking in electronic form.
How to report an insured event
Fill in the online form
Eurasia Life's website has a form for reporting an insured event — separately for insured individuals and for employees covered by an OSNS contract. State the contract number, the insured person's details, and the circumstances, place and time of the event.
Gather the documents
The list depends on the class of insurance (OSNS, annuity, life insurance, accident insurance, sickness insurance, tourist insurance) and is published on the company's website.
Send scans for checking
If you wish, upload copies of the documents via the website: specialists will check the set and reply by e-mail.
Submit a claim for payment
Hand in the claim and original documents at the head office or the nearest branch and track the status of your case online.
